陈齐辉于2017年获得加利福尼亚大学圣地亚哥分校经济学博士。在此之前，他获得新加坡管理大学经济学硕士，厦门大学经济学学士和硕士，以及厦门大学数学学士。陈齐辉于2017年7月正式加入香港中文大学(深圳)经管学院。他的主要领域是计量经济学理论和应用计量经济学。
